How do we connect a support link via Zendesk?
You will first need to retrieve your credentials. Your credentials can be found in your Zendesk dashboard under "Admin" > "Channels" > "API". Click on the Zendesk button; underneath the screen you will see the the agents and tickets from your dashboard. Click on to be able to enter your Token, User email, and Sub domain. Copy and paste the new token to the settings.
