How do we connect a support link via Intercom?

You will first need to retrieve your credentials.  Click on the Intercom button; underneath the screen you will see the the teammates and conversations from your dashboard.  Click on to be able to enter your App ID and App key.  Your credentials can be found in your Intercom dashboard under "App Settings" > "API Keys".  Please use a Full Access API Key.
