Can I use my Sendgrid account to route all emails under my email account?

Yes, you are able to use your account to route all emails.  You will need to change to your account before you send a support link.  Click on the Email button; underneath the screen you will see the information to add your user email.  Click on to be able to enter your Key and Email.  Your credentials can be found in your sendgrid dashboard under "Settings" > "API Keys".  Make sure to have at least 'Mail send' permission.
