Yes, you are able to use your account to route all text messages. You will need to change to your account before you send a support link. Click on the Text message button; underneath the screen you will see the information to add your user phone number. Click on to be able to enter your Account SID, Auth token, and phone number. Your credentials can be found in your twilio dashboard under "Console home" > "Dashboard" > "Account Summary".
