Can I change the credentials for Zendesk?
Yes you are able to change the credentials. Click on the Zendesk button and then click on to be able to enter your Token, User email, and Sub domain. A screen will pop up and from there you will be able to change your credentials.
You can change your credentials for Zendesk in the zendesk dashboard, under 'Admin' > 'Channels' > 'API'.
