How do we send a support link via Intercom?
Sending a support link via Intercom consists of three parts. The first part is connecting with the Intercom key, you will need to get the key in order to connect to the Intercom platform. The second part is that, automatically all the latest open tickets will be populated through the team. Choose a conversation from any of your customers, then select a teammate that you want the link to be sent by. Next, you are able to write information that you want to relay to your customers. After everything is done, click 'Send experience.'
