How do we send a support link via Zendesk?
Sending a support link via Zendesk consists of three parts. The first part is connecting with the zendesk key, you will need to retrieve the key in order to connect to Zendesk platform. The second part is that, automatically all the latest open tickets will be populated through the agents. Choose a ticket from any of your customers, then select a teammate that you want the link to be sent by. Then you are able to write the information that you want to relay to your customers. After everything is done, click 'Send experience.'
