How do I create a 'Support link'?
The support links section is reachable via the left side bar here:
Follow each step beginning with Step 1.
Under Step 1, you will choose the experience that you want to send to your users.
Step 2 is where you will click to 'Generate the dedicated link.' This is important because this link is how your users will see the experience.
The last part is Step 3. Here is where you will choose from our four platforms: text message, email, Zendesk, and Intercom. After you have written all the information that you want to be sent to your users, click on 'Send experience.'
