How can we launch an experience?
Once you are satisfied with how your experience looks and you are ready to launch, click on 'Next Step' on the dashboard.
Five options will pop up for you to choose: Onboarding, FAQ, What's new, Support links, or App triggers. Each one has a different outcome. After you have chosen which option you want, your experience will either launch right away or on a specific date.
If you are using one of the essentials from our Essentials Kit, you do not need to launch an experience. It will automatically launch, no production needed. The other service, App Trigger Service and Support Links, will need our SDK to launch an experience
